How We Manage
Our Anti-Retaliation Policy supports the creation of a working environment and voluntary involvement of employees in compliance efforts, encouraging the reporting of behaviors and suspected cases in violation of the Code of Ethics, relevant policies and laws to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline without any concern. We create a fair and confidential environment in our company for employees and third parties to express their concerns. We guarantee that persons who report any suspected violation of legal regulations, business ethics rules, or internal regulations will not incur any damage or harm.
