How We Manage
To increase the effectiveness of our Ethics Hotline and to ensure that all our stakeholders comply with our ethical rules, we renewed Şişecam's Ethics Hotline in 2021 and now provide service by phone in 17 languages. All our stakeholders can safely report any violations, abuses or unethical acts against our company's rules, values, procedures, and all laws and regulations via our Ethics Hotline. All reports can be communicated anonymously and the personal privacy of reporters is secured by independent specialized information service providers as per the Anti-Retaliation Policy.
