How We Manage
As an independent and objective consultancy service, internal audit helps a company to achieve its goals in a systematic and disciplined manner in order to improve its activities and add value. At Şişecam, an audit model focused on equality, diversity and people has been adopted for managerial responsibility and internal audit purposes. Şişecam Code of Ethics is our roadmap in our internal audit system. The Code of Ethics was implemented in 2010 and subsequently updated as a guide to the relations of company employees with external stakeholders. All our stakeholders have communication resources enabling them to report any activities that they think do not comply with applicable laws or our company's ethical values to the Audit Committee, which consists of Independent Board Members.
