How We Manage
We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our employees – one of our top priorities. We are aware of the importance of well-being programs to make our employees feel valued, improve their quality of life and personal productivity, reduce their stress and health risks, and boost employee engagement. We take necessary action to these ends. We focus on taking a holistic approach so that our employees can be better socially, physically, mentally, and financially.
We aim to launch a cultural transformation program across all our operations and to introduce our well-being practices to Şişecam employees by 2030.
