How We Manage
Respect for human rights is a core value at Şişecam. This is clearly stated in our principles under Şişecam Supplier Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. Şişecam creates an employee profile in accordance with the age limits specified in labor laws and regulations in the country of operation and does not allow child labor. It is forbidden to employ children under the age of 15 under any circumstances. As per our company policy, actions that violate human rights in this way are unacceptable in our company and at our business partners.
