We aim to keep our Compensation Management System up-to-date in line with our company's strategy and market conditions. This system aims to compensate our employees fairly, reward their performance, and attract qualified employees to our company, taking into account Şişecam's work efficiency and organizational performance. Senior executives' remuneration consists of performance bonuses calculated based on annual performance results, in addition to the fixed wages and benefits of the relevant position.
