How We Manage
Şişecam’s Profit Distribution Policy has been set down in accordance with Turkish Commercial Policy, Capital Markets Law, Tax Laws, and our binding contracts. Accordingly, profit distribution principles are communicated publicly and transparently. Profit distribution proposals of our Board of Directors, including the details stipulated in the regulations of the Capital Markets Law and Corporate Governance Principles, are announced to the public within the legal deadlines via the Public Disclosure Platform, our company's website, and in our Annual Report. In line with this policy, dividends are equally distributed among all the shares existing at the date of distribution, regardless of issuance and acquisition dates.
